RAL-LvO 1757, 156r: Op 29 december 1723 leende Michiel Meijs, gehuwd met Maria Crampen(!), 100 pattacons tegen 5% van Jan Jacob de Heldevier, en stelde tot onderpand zijn huis, hof en weide op de Drieschen onder Nuth, groot 147 kleine roeden en grenzend aan de Stratenerweg, Reinier Crijns, de weide van Cornelia Meijs, het huis van Reinier Crijns en Peter Cremers; 81 kleine roeden weide, genaamd de Nieuweweide, grenzend aan Mathijs Hautvast, Ercken Hermens en de Nieuwe Weg; 92 kleine roeden land nabij de Drieschen achter de Berg, grenzend aan Geurt Snackers, Reinier Crijns en de Bergerhof.

RAL-LvO 1757, 186r: Op 24 oktober 1726 verkocht Michiel Meijs, inwoner van Heerlen en gehuwd met Maria a Campo, 150 kleine roeden akkerland "de bastaert" te Terstraten onder Nuth, grenzend aan Peter Eggen en Leonaert Limpens. De koper, Merten a Campo, gehuwd met Meijken Meijs, betaalde 25 stuivers per kleine roede.
