(PROP) on May 12, 1679 in Rijjnsbur: Jacobus Boeckwijt, die door schout en schepenen van Rijnsburg geauthoriseerd is tot benefitieringe van de nagelaten boedel van Ds. Theophilus Copius, in leven predikant aldaar, transporteert aan Pieter Pietersz Lammens een huis en erf op de straat voor de Vliet. Pieter betaalt met een custingbrief van 230 gulden. He died in the year 1702 in Rijnsburg, he was 53 years old.
He is buried on July 13, 1702 in Bij de begrafenis van Pieter Pietersz. Lammens werden "een uur met alle klokken geluijd", waarvoor 15 stuivers in rekening werden gebracht, en bovendien voor "'t gemene kleed" op de kist 10 stuivers, Rijnsburg.
