RAL-LvO 1756, 35v: Op 22 april 1692 verklaarde Dirck Drummen, gehuwd met Meijcken Meijs, dat hij ongeveer een jaar eerder land verkocht had aan Lemmen Loijen, gehuwd met Meijcken Driessen. Het ging om 125 kleine roeden land nabij de sijpen onder Nuth, grenzend aan Dirck Drummen zelf, heer Munix, Jan Raven en Jan Melsers. Iedere roede kostte 15 stuivers.

RAL-LvO 1756, 101r: Op 10 mei 1675 leende Dirck Drummen, gehuwd met Meijken Meijssen, 105 pattacons tegen 6 1/4% rente van de koopman Johan Japin uit Aken. Dit bedrag was die dag door Steffen Timmers aan de zaakgelastigde van Johan Japin overhandigd, waarmee Steffen Timmers een oude lening had afgelost. Dirck Drummen borgde met zijn huis, hof en weide, groot circa zes morgen en gelegen te Helle onder Nuth, grenzend aan de erfgenamen Willem Timmers, het armenland van Nuth en de straat.

De lening, met achterstallige rente, werd op 17 oktober 1698 afgelost door Jacob Meijs, schepen van Nuth en zwager van Dirck Drummen. Hij werd daardoor schuldeiser van Dirck Drummen.

RAL-LvO 1756, 136r: Op 1 januari 1677 treedt Dirck Drummen op als voogd van de kinderen van Jost Meijs (broer van zijn echtgenote Maria Meijs) en Anna Hermens. De weduwe Anna Hermens was inmiddels hertrouwd met Joannes Drummen, broer van Dirck Drummen.
