Haar vader en moeder schaften voor haar een eigen couveuse aan. Hetgeen vrij uniek was. Die couveuse werd vervolgens gretig gebruikt door de wijkverpleging. Zelfs zo gretig dat toen haar moeder bevallen was van Diny, het haar moeite kostte haar eigen couveuse terug te krijgen. Die was namelijk in gebruik bij iemand anders.
