Funeral services for Elbert P. Clift, age 81, of Willoughby, will be 8 p.m. Tuesday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave., Painesville. Mr. Clift died Dec. 8, 2007, at LakeWest Hospital in Willoughby. Born in Cleveland, he had been a Willoughby resident since 1950.

He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He graduated from West Tech High School in Cleveland.Mr. Clift retired in 1988 from Industrial First Roofing where he was a sheet metal journeyman and field supervisor.

Survivors are his wife, Goldie M. Clift of Willoughby; daughters, Victoria (Michael) Savage and Gail (TJ) Wilson; and grandchildren, Candice Verbic, Jillian and Adam Wilson and Cari and Carli Savage. His sister, Norma Forker, is deceased.
