Rijksarchief Groningen, verzameling losse stuken 1433-1992, inventaris nr. 1181 vermeld het volgende: 1714, akte van verpachting door de Grietie Everts, weduwe van Alije Peters, Jan Julius en Gerdina Everts e.l. namens de familie aan Egbert Tamminga, heer van Bellingeweer, 6.1 stukken land gelegen te Ranum voor de tijd van negen jaar.

Na onderzoek blijkt dat Grietie Everts op 15 juni 1684 te Loppersum is gehuwd met Alje P(i)eters.

Grietie Everts was een dochter van Evert Gerrijts en Swaantje Arents, landbouwers op boerderij "De Volle Hand" te Loppersum, gedoopt 13 mei 1660 te Loppersum, Alje P(i)eters is geboren in 1660, overleden 19 okt. 1705 (45-jaar oud) te Loppersum. De vermelde Gerdina Everts was een nicht van Grietie Everts, de genoemde personen waren erfgenamen van Arent Wolters.
