Notes about Trijntje Jacobs

Richte Claessens is gedoopt op maandag 4 februari 1664 te Groningen in de A-Kerk, bij ter Aadiep, is overleden op vrijdag 15 november 1709 te Nieuw-Scheemda (vlg.Doodenlijst ScheemderHamrik), erfpachter,na 1700 eigenaar KLIPHEERDT's-landerye en dijkrichter, wonende aldaar. Richte werd 45 jaar, 9 maanden en 11 dagen.(ook genoemd als: Rigt(e) Claesens)

Richt koopt in erfkoop met beklemrechten, op 9 januari 1694 uit de nalatenschap van zijn oom Louwert Richts voor 650 Car.Guld., de behuizing en schuur, met alle plantagie, schutten, wringen met alle schut- en wringpalen, staande op de grond van de overleden Hooftman Swarte, met daarnaast nog 42 deimt land, onder het huis beklemd; ook zal Richt aan elk nagelaten kind (vier) van Louwert een gouden ducaat of een carolie gulden betalen.

Hij leende in het voorjaar 1700 te Nieuw Scheemda aan Titia Verrici(die afstamde van oude friese adel)weduwe van Hooftman Swartte, binnen wiens grondgebied zijn boerderij en land lagen, een bedrag van 400 gulden naar 4% rente, waarbij de weduwe haar goederen ten onderpand stelde. Het ging hierbij om vijf deimaten(=2° bunder)onverscheijden gelegen in de KLIPHEERDT of PLAETSE. De rente zou in mindering worden gebracht op de door Richte te betalen jaarhuur voor de erfpachtsgrond.

Bij akte Nieuw-Scheemda 18 februari 1700 verkopen Richte en Trijntje aan Derck Phebes en diens vrouw Weijke Thomas, woonachtig te Holwierde, circa 3° deimt land, gelegen onder klokslag van Midwolder Hamrik voor de prijs van750 Car.Guld.

Bij akte Nieuw-Scheemda 28 april 1700 verkopen Richte en Trijntje eveneens aan Derck Phebes en Weijke Thomas te Midwolda 4° deimt bouwland, gelegen onder de klokslag van Midwolder Hammerik voor de somma van 725 Car.Guld (20 st Brab. gerekend); dat land deed aan huur 35 Car.Guld. per jaar.
