Verkocht in 1733 weiland aan de Valckesteijnse dijk om de schulden van zijn moeder te kunnen aflossen.

Dirk Pietersz. Slooff, won. onder Poortugaal, nagelaten zoon van Jannetje Joppen Leegstee, in haar leven wed. van Pieter Dircksz. Slooff, transporteerde op 1-5-1733 - na openbare opveiling en verkoping op 6 febr. van dat jaar voor schout en schepenen van Poortugaal - ca. 175 roeden weiland aan de Valckesteijnse dijk onder Poortugaal voor 102 gld. aan de in Poortugaal won. Aagje Leenderts Visscher, wed. van Bartholomeus Braet. Dit land was belast met een cijns van 2 st. 12 penn. t.b.v. de grafelijkheid, volgens de oude brieven daarvan zijnde.
Deze 102 gld. werden gebruikt voor de betaling van verlopen verpondingen en omslagen op dit land, alsmede om verdere schulden in de boedel van voorn. Jannetje Joppen Leegstee te voldoen.
Op 20-7-1732 geeft Dirk te Pernis in de klasse pro deo het overlijden aan Pieter Coster, het zoontje van zijn zwager Albert Coster. Dirk geeft op 19-1 -1735 te Pernis het overlijden aan van zijn broer Job Pietersz. Slooff.
