Mazurek, Cosie 9/22/1918 - 4/24/2015 Allendale, Michigan Mrs. Cosie M. Mazurek age 96 of Allendale passed away on Friday April 24, 2015. She is survived by her children, Ron and Sharon Piechocki, Mary Jane and Andy Verbeek; grandchildren, Melody, Michael and Kenesha Verbeek; great grandchildren, Shannon, Joe, Hope; great great grandchildren, Cayden and London. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Cosie may be made to the Van Andel Institute.
