    Compareert Karel Adam Bothé, chirurgijn te Hellevoetsluis, huis nr. 20, weduwnaar van Kornelia Pieters van Pelt. Zijn vrouw was dochter van Pieter van Pelt en Petronella de Boo, beiden overleden. Een oom van zijn vrouw Abraham van Pelt, testeerde op 2 november 1797 voor notaris Jan Bosschaart te Rozendaal en overleed aldaar op 16 april 1808. Aan zijn uitlandige broers Lukas van Pelt en Willem van Pelt liet hij een deel van zijn goederen na. Als binnen twaalf jaar na testateur s dood van hen geen levensbericht werd vernomen kwam dit deel aan de overige erfgenamen, waardoor comparant mede belanghebbende zou worden. Voor f. 450 doet hij van deze rechten afstand aan Jan van Pelt, bakker aan de oostzijde van de haven te Hellevoetsluis, huis nr. 169, die mede compareert. Volgt Franstalige versie.
