Zuidland 03/01/1846 en Leendert geb. Zwartewaal 29/03/1853, 4e alle opkomende bezittingen blijven te rekenen van heden het eigendom van hem of haar der comparanten welke die bekomt en 5e gedurende het rechterlijk onderzoek zal de vrouw kunnen wonen daar zij wenst, mits binnen het kanton Brielle en ook zelf in haar onderhoud voorzien, terwijl gelijke verplichting op de man rust. De akte is kosteloos gemaakt op beschiking van de president van voormelde rechtbank.
