Voor Geltsaijer en Pannekoek Schepenen compareerden Willem Petersen, Jan
Petersen, Rende Petersen, Metje Petersen, Aalt Petersen, Albertje Peters, sig
mede sterck makende voor Beert Petersen in Oostindiën sijnde, mitsgaders Jan-
netje Gerrits weduwe van Peter Beertsen, als moeder en voogdesse van haere on-
mundige kinderen, dewelke bekende in eenen vasten en stedigen erfkoop te hebben
vercost en oversulx kragt deses te transporteren aen Rende Beertsen en Eefje
Gerrits Echteluijden en haeren erven een ackertje saeijlants, sijnde de helft
van een half mudde, waer van coperen de wederhelft reets besaten, gelegen in
Hierden op de Laage vaaren, door de Comparanten van Beertje Renden, haer beste-
moeder, aengeërft; voor een summa van 100 carolus gulden, daer van Comparanten
bekenden voldaen te sijn. belovende mits dien voorschreven parceel te wachten
en wahren kommervrij en allen voorpligt af te doen als erfkoops recht is, onder
verband en submissie als na rechten. Actum den 31 Aug. 1743.
