    Deze verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Jan van Sloten Peterszoon, oud vijfenvijftig jaren, van beroep smid en Gerrit de Jager, oud eenendertig jaren, van beroep huisschilder, beide wonende in deze gemeente, opzettelijk daartoe medegebrachte getuigen: en is daarvan opgemaakt deze akte, die na voorlezing door den aangever, de beide getuigen en Ons is geteekend.
