Cornelis Swart, voor 5/8, aan Jacob Cornelisz Swart te Egmond aan Zee (mede eigenaar voor 1/8), op conditie dat de weduwe zolang ze leeft en ongehuwd blijft in het achterhuys moet blijven wonen; prijs f 350,- voldaan met f 100,- aan A, en f 250,- op custing tbv. B, te voldoen in 13 jaarlijkse termijnen.
