[…] Jan Cluyvers neemt aan de boete van 1-16 gld en de kosten te betalen [ORA Borculo 10; Breukenprotocol].
    1718: Jan Kluijver en Geesken Brouwer, eheluijden, bekennen ‘pro litis expensis’ genoodzaakt te zijn geworden uit hoofde van bezwaar te institueren en verbinden hun ‘behuijsinge met den hof daerbij in Eijbergen’, gelegen tussen de huizen van Jan Hendrik Sturtz en Willem ten Caete. Dit in verband met een zaak tegen het landgericht van Borculo voor het Hof van Gelderland; als onderpand voor het geval van een onverhoopte triomf van het landgericht [ORA Borculo 0135, nr.413, fol.9].
