Uit de nalatenschap van Maria’s ouders erven zij in 1653 het huis met schuur, boomgaard, bouwland en weilanden te Olland-Houtem, genaamd de Pijnhorst, dat zij in 1659 verkopen aan de provisoren van de Tafel van de Heilige Geest (de armenzorg) van de parochie van Eerschot;

In 1689 en 1691 staat in de hoofdgeldlijsten genoteerd dat zij in Olland wonen en van de armenzorg leven.

Testament van Goijaert Willem Janssen en zijn vrouw Meriken Jan Willems van Heeswijk, inwoners van St. Oedenrode onder Olland dd. 24-2-1652. Not Van den Heuvel inv.nr. 1 fol. 412 (ref. Toirkens)
Bij het opmaken van het testament is Goijaert gezond, en ligt Meriken “kranck wesende in den kinderbedde, maar haar volle verstandt, memorie ende vijff sinnen wel machtigh ende volcomelijck gebruyckende”. Het bezit is o.a. een hooibeemd van 24 lopensaet, gelegen onder Olland, gekomen van Daniel Wouter Pennincx te Schijndel, naast aan de ene zijde de erfgenamen van Catharina Peter Rutten en de andere zijde de erven Dielis …. (niet ingevuld), aan een einde Jan Anthonis Reijnen(?) andere einde ….. (slecht leesbaar)
