Hun zoon Engelke Fedden vertrok op 31 juli 1902 met zijn vrouw Gerdina Wolterman en zoon Fedde vanuit Rotterdam met de S.S. Rijndam naar zijn vader in Iowa, kwam op 10/8/1902 aan op Ellis Island
