    Welke aangifte en verklaring zijn geschied in bijwezen van Wilhelm Klomp oud vijf en veertig jaren, van beroep commissaris ter secretarie wonende te Vlissingen en Cornelis Pieter Izaak ...................oud een en dertig jaren, van beroep klerk ter secretarie wonende te Vlissingen als getuigen daartoe door den aangever gekozen.
    En is hiervan aanstonds opgemaakt deze acte, die na gedane voorlezing aan den aangever en de getuigen door hen en mij is geteekend
