worden de broers Fredericus Vincentius, Petrus Waltherus en Adrianus Johannes op 20-7-1870, resp. 2-7-1870 en 3-8-1870 veroordeeld tot een jaar, resp. zes maanden eenzame opsluiting, resp. 5 jaren tuchthuis, bij arrest van het Prov. Gerechtshof Noord-Brabant.
Op 18-10-1870 is de zaak van Adriaan Joh. nog vernietigd door 'den Hoogen Raad' en verwezen naar de rechtbank te Maastricht.
