Ze studeerde aan de Antwerpse Academie bij leraars als Jules van Ael en later, aan het Hoger Instituut,
bij Gustaaf De Bruvne, Antoon Marstboom, Creytens, Wallet e.a. Crommelynks.
Ze was een begaafde leerling, eenvoudig, en met een blij gemoed. Het is vooral die ongekunstelde blijheid, welke haar kunst heeft willen uitdragen tijdens haar exposities te Antwerpen, Brugge en Gent.
Haar huwelijk met de musicus Flor Bosmans, ouddirecteur van de K.V.O., is voor haar al jarenlang de ideale verbintenis gebleken. " ....
