De reden? Omdat 3 (klein)kinderen ( van Jean Marie J.A. Smulders: Dochter Mecheline, zoons Lambertus en Johannes ) trouwden met een aan de familie NASS te relateren nakomeling, is de familie NASS veel verder uitgewerkt als gebruikelijk.
Daarnaast is de familie Nass gerelateerd aan (Josephus Benedictus) BERENDSEN, een van de voorouders van Josephine TEUBNER, gehuwd met Daniel J Eras.
Met hartelijke dank aan Raymond WILLEMSEN, voor het toesturen van de gegevens uit de "Nass_Ancestors", die ik ongecontroleerd heb overgenomen, tot alle aangetrouwden bij een gemeenschappelijk voorouder uit kwamen. (De Code -verwijzing is overgenomen uit deze stamboom van de fam. NASS. )

Het bedrijf lag voor het bombardement van mei 1945 aan de (gedempte) Botersloot.
De Botersloot is een van oudste straten van Rotterdam, (kwam al voor in het stadsarchief in 1433). Het was toen een stadsvaart voor platbodems tussen de Rotte en het Boterhuis. In 1866 is de Botersloot gedempt.
