Gevonden in Oud notarieelarchief in Rotterdam.
Op 26-01-1780 langstlevende testament, wonende Baan in Rotterdam.
Daarin is opgenomen het opvoeden van de kinderen, te weten:
Voor hun 25e leren, lezen, schrijven, handwerken, of een beroep.
Op 2-5-1811 een testament van Cornelia, 1e wed. van Johannes Beukers, 2e wed. van Willem van de Leijgraaf. Wonende Bleekersteeg nr. 520 wijk C
1/3 deel voor de kinderen van wijlen mijn zoon Stefhan Beukers m.n. Cornelia en Cateau.
1/3 deel voor zoon Anthonius Beukers.
1/3 deel voor zoon Dirk van de Leijgraaf.
Die het voorregt krijgt om het huis te krijgen voor f 800, plus kabinet en lessenaar voor f 30. Dit in mindering van het erfgoed
Op 4-5-1820 verkoopt Cornelia een huis. Zij woonde toen in het Proveniershuis aan de Schiekade in Rotterdam.
Een huis en erve aan de Zuidzijde van de Bleekersteeg, ten Westen de wed. Pieter Boogenhagen, ten Oosten Alexander Crigton aangeslagen voor het jaar 1819, belastbaar gebouwd eigendom f 15,60, voor deuren en vensters f 2,70, samen f 18,30.
Verkocht voor f 500 kontant vrijgesteld aan Martinus Brouwer, koopman.
Cornelia kon niet schrijven.
Op 31-12-1834 wijzigd mej. Cornelia Evers het testament.
½ voor 2 kinderen van wijlen mijn zoon Stefhan Beukers.
½ voor 5 kinderen van wijlen mijn zoon Anthonius Beukers.
Volgens de memorie van sucsessie van maart 1840 is door de executeur testamentair de ½ van de roerende goederen verdeelt onder Cornelia Johanna en Catharina Johanna ( i.p.v. Cateau).
En de ½ onder Johannes Wilhelm, Theodous, Maria, Cornelis Hendrik en Hendrik.
