Notes about Willem Mulder

In de boedelscheiding kregen enkochten Willem en Trees 31 van de ruim 80 ha.. Hij bouwde ten noorden van 't Vreugdenrijk, de Vreugderijkerwaard.
1e staat er nog, 2e is afgebroken.
Trees overleed 5 jaar later.
Dochter Marie trouwde met Jan Logtenberg (od Bruinsbrug; geboortehuis van stiefmoeder Rika Kroes(2e vrouw Willem).
Na een brand in 1922 bouwde Willem jr. de Vreugderijkerwaard op dezelfde fundamenten weer op.
