maakte vier maal een testament. Een conflict over de erfenis werd tot voor het Hof van Holland uitgevochten.

(R.K.) 22-09-1627 Oosterhout, NB, doopnaam Gummarus, ovl, 15-01-1717 Maasdam, komt ca.1646 naar de Hoeksche Waard, spreekt 1649 af voor fl.150,- het kleermakersvak te leren, kleermaker (1649-60), bouwman v.a. 1650, pacht en koopt later ook land, koopt 02-07-1671 een huis, schuur, keet, erf en beplanting voor fl.400,-, bebouwde 20 à 25 morgen land (1698), ouderling (1673, 1684), schepen (1673-1715), president-schepen (1708), maakte vier maal een testament. Een conflict over de erfenis werd tot voor het Hof van Holland uitgevochten. Geh. 1648 Maasdam met:

      0001509  Magdaleentje Pietersdr., geb. ca.1625 Maasdam, begr. 31-03-1698 aldaar. Legde 12-07-1645 met haar moeder, waardin v.d. herberg “Het Visschip” te Maasdam een verklaring af over ene Pieter Cornelisz. Romeijn die hen onbetamelijke avances zou hebben gemaakt.
