'6 mei 1699, Schout en Schepenen van Naaldwijk oorkonden, dat JorisArendsz. van der Valck overdraagt aan Jochum Jacobsz. van Vreugdenhileen huis, begrensd door Potterslaan (oost en zuid) en de Diakoniearmen(west), belast, onder andere een rente van 15 stuivers per jaar tenbehoeve van Groot-armen'. (Gemeentearchief van Naaldwijk, inv.nr. 110)
Hoewel de Potterslaan in Naaldwijk nog gedeeltelijk aanwezig is met eenaantal gerestaureerde huizen, is het betreffendehuis een aantal jarengeleden helaas afgebroken.
