Dit 1/3 deel wordt hier als volgt omschreven : "De Heerder tijnde onder Heerderdorper Enk, oostwaerts gelegen aan de Grift, zuydwaerts en westwaerts schietende aen de weg, gaende na het Heerderdorp, en noordwaerts aen een acker saijland, toekomende Hendrik Gerryts Raedemaker, en aen de hof van Daniel van Marle, en voorts hetgeene over de Grift gelegen is, gaende uyt de helfte van de Blicken daaraan gelegen".
