Ivm de nalatenschap van Willemina Grimberg werd een inventariastie gehouden op 27 januari 1914. De boedel bestond uit de boerenplaats met opstallen en bijbehorende landerijen, totaal 13ha 16a 50 ca en inboedel. Waarde fl. 33.201,50. Vastgesteld door drie deskundigen, aangesteld door de rechtbank in Almelo. De verdeling en registratie van de boedel vond eerst plaats op 16 januari 1936 in bijzijn van notaris Ten Doeschate uit Hengelo.
In 1964 is de boerderij afgebroken en werd het bijbehorende grondgebied toegewezen voor kleinindustrie. Deze krijgt de naam Timmersveld.
