Andere partij: Joanna Francisca Geens, won te Antwerpen, schoolhoudster. Derde partij: Jan Baptist Houssune, won te Zwijndrecht Vlaams Hoofd, echtgen. van Dijmpna vd Kaa.
De notaris was Jos F. Aerts te Wijnegem. De akte betreft Oude Manstraat 31, te Antwerpen.

Nog een andere notarisakte van 21/2/1875
te Wijnegem. Het betreft een obligatie. De oudemanstraat 31 wordt ook weer vermeld. Hier wordt de naam correct geschreven: Jan Baptist Housseur, timmerman, als echtgenoot van Dijmpna van der Kaa.
De obligatie betreft Anna Carolina van Pelt, August Daniel van Pelt en Henri van Pelt.
JAN is overleden in 03-1877 in ANTWERPEN.
