"Onze" ome Piet, man van tante Truus. Hij was broodbezorger in Tilburg. Als we ooit bij tante Truus op visite gingen, dan zagen we ome Piet nooit of zelden. Jagen was zijn hobby.
Ome Piet, tante Truus, ome Sjef en tante Marie, gingen met de trein vanuit Tilburg naar ?? Het was voor een speciale gelegenheid. Piet liep voorop bij het loket, de rest volgde. Tante Truus dacht dat haar man voor haar een kaartje had gekocht, maarnee, hoor, dat moest ze zelf doen. Tante Truus was lichtelijk gepikeerd.
Januari 2023. Via stamboom van Jan Pals vonden we dat de vader van ome Piet broodbakker was.
