Erfgenaam Anna Maria van der Kaa, zonder beroep, wonende te Geertruidenberg verklaart dat hij op 18-8-1865 zijn testament had laten maken en tot enige en algehele erfgenaam had benoemd zijn zuster: Anna Maria van der Kaa. Hij had echter meerdere broers en zusters: Catharina, huisvrouw van Johannes Ooijens - Made - Petronella huisvrouw van Gerrit Proost - Geertruidenberg - en Johannes van der Kaa te Geertruidenberg, ieder voor 1/4. De nalatenschap is in totaal f 1281.55

Bev Reg Geertrbg 1881-1890 vermeldt Cornelis van der Kaa als hoofd (1809) en Anna Maria, zijn zuster (1816) beide won. Koestraat

Cornelis is getuige bij het huwelijk van zijn nicht Dingena du Pont met Cornelis van Smagt in Geertruidenberg in 1842.
