Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Ik doe al tien jaar onderzoek naar oorlogsslachtoffers in de West-Betuwe en stuitte onlangs op Johan Legius die volgens de Oorlogsgravenstichting op raadselachtige wijze is omgekomen in WOII. Zelfs de datum weten ze niet.

Dit is wat ik van het gezin heb kunnen vinden:
De ouders van Johan waren Gerardus Legius (1876) uit Oost-West Middelbeers en Johanna Cornelia van Gurchom (*1883) uit Tilburg. Ze trouwden op 26 juli 1905 in Tilburg. Ze kregen samen vier kinderen:
Johanna Cornelia Adriana (1906- Breda 1970), getrouwd met Hubertus Adrianus Visser
Hubertus Adrianus (*13 april 1908)
Arnoud Johan (* Rotterdam 1910), getrouwd in Breda op 3 oktober 1940 met Adriana Karolina van Gils (*1908)
Johannes Cornelis (1915-1916)
Johannes (1918-?)

Ik zag dat een van de kinderen ook bij jou in de stamboom voorkomt. Heb jij misschien contactadressen van nazaten, waar ik mij in verbinding kan st ellen?
