meyster Herman Kyspenning overleden Venlo januari 1538, vermeld vanaf 1513, medisch doctor, stadsarts, lijfarts van Hertog Karel van Gelder, woonde ook te Gelder(n), ongehuwd. Kocht op 18 juli 1523 een huis te Arnhem. Schonk al zijn bezittingen aan de armen van Venlo in 1533 en liet voor hen een huis bouwen aan het Maasschriksel bij de St. Jacobskapel. Karel van Egmond, hertog van Gelre, verkocht het stapelrecht/makelaardij-ambt van Venlo in 1532 voor 660 overlandse Rijnse guldens aan hem
