In 1340 wordt in het cijnsboek van de Hertog van Brabant voor de Meierij van 's-Hertogenbosch vermeld dat Henricus Storiman anderhalve schelling cijns verschuldigd was 'de nova terra' (nieuwe grond), en in 1357 verkoopt Arnoldus, zoon van wijlen Henricus Storiman uit Helvoirt 13 roeden land gelegen in een hof in de parochie van Haaren in Ghesel.
