In mei 1615 was sprake van "Wouter Maeszoon, genoemd Maes Heijman Claesz". Hij was mede-eigenaar van een huis en hofstede, strekkende van de Huibert af tot de Overheicopse Wetering toe, belend boven Dirck Jacobs en benenden de kerk van Schoonderwoerd.

Na het overlijden van zijn eerste vrouw, trouwde Wouter Maesz met Geertge Cornelisse Stam. Zij trad op als weduwe, op 25-1-1627, en bij de deling van de goederen op 24-6-1629.
