In deze inboedel vindt men o.a. werktuigen voor de hop-bereiding. De erven van Cornelis Hendrickx van Opzeeland accorderen op 9-1-1727 voor schepenen van Nieuwkuyk over diens nalatenschap).

Cornelis is na de dood van Maria Jansen dus hertrouwd met Yken Thijssen Vermaese.
