Knape en Raad van Dordrecht 1417-26, thesaurier 1426-32, burgemeester 1428-40; rentmeester generaal van Zuid-Holland 1411, 1421 en 1423, beleend met het schroodambacht en zoutmate van Dordrecht ?(1423, 1428; vgl OV 1996:226, daar door overdracht van Everdei van Genderen op 11-9-1428, over op zijn zoon Jan op 23-3-1450 als hij oud en ziek is)?. Beleend met 20 morgen in het Molenambacht in de Zwijndrechtse Waard ?(na 1438, voor 1477 /1449. Beleend met de korentiende in heer Hugenland, waar St. Anthoniekerk in staat op 13-1-1423, 'na koop en opdracht met lijftocht van Ida, dochter van Burghard die Groot, zijn vrouw, te delen onder zijn zoons. Beleend met tien morgen land aan de Giessen, verkocht door hem en zoon Gerrit op 21-11-1436 aan Hillegond weduwe Willem Witmansz (Regesten H. Geest- en Pesthuis ter Nieuwkerk, Stadsarchief Dordrecht inv 111 no 77 en 78, bevestiging verkoop 9-1-1437).

Op 7-8-1434 oordelen schepenen in een geschil tussen Arent Zamencoper en Gerrit van Muijlwijk over eigendom van twee 'buunre moeren' in Drimmelen, ten gunste van Gerrit als hebbende de oudste rechten.
