Beroep: apotheker. Sebastiaen is begraven in de kerk onder een zerk. Hij had een schuld van 100 gulden bij Maeijken Lenerts Post, weduwe van Henricus Mispelblom, in zijn leven predikant te Roosendaal, onder verband van 450 roeden land onder Taexspuij. Aan Adriaen Janssen Vervucht was hij 200 gulden schuldig onder verband van een huis en erf, gelegen te Roosendaal op het einde van de Markt. Aan Govert Cornelis David Pijpers verkocht hij een perceel zaai- en weiland, gelegen bij Tacxspuij aan de Vaart." Het huis op de markt was het woonhuis van Sebastiaan Laats. Onder verband van dit huis leende hij in 1689 wederom een som geld, nu 125 gulden, bij Catalijna Jans van den Enden. (Bron: Brabantse Leeuw jrg. 53 - 2004).
