Notitie: In 1675 was zij als wede f 1600,- schuldig aan de HG armen, onderpand weer 39 van 9½ mrg met huis en 4,75 mrg. in weer 38. Na haar dood werd weer 39 openbaar verkocht opbrengst f 1140,-.

"Neeltien Jacops, weduwe van Bastiaen Heyndrickxen Tuytel, woonende Molenaersgraeff, is schuldigh aen de Heilige Geestarmen in Molenaersgraeff 1600.- wegens cassatie van 2 obligaties (van 900.- en 500.- bij haer man ten behoeve van de Heilige Geestarmen verleden) en nog 200.- wegens geleend, die zij van de armmeesters ontfangen heeft. Intresse 4/100 int jaer, dus 64.- jaerlijcks. Pand: 14 margen en anderhalf hondt lants met huys en timmeringe daer op, zijnde een weer van 9½ m daer de huysinge op staet (weer 39), en t’andere aen de oostzijde daerneffens, groot 4 m 4½ h (weer 38). Belent oost: de landen van den ouden Gijsbert Jaspersz, en west: Claes Maertensz; op het Oosteyndt van Molenaersgraeff."
