No. 132/4 dd. 10.1.1565: Compareerde Jan Gherits, schout, Adriaen Adriaense Coorenvaeyer, Willem Dircxs, Aerdt Geritse, Jan Aerdtse, Jan Adriaense, dese 5 geswoorene ende noch Willem Dircxs voorsz ende Jan Mathijs van Muylwijck beyde kerckmeesters der kercke van Hoornaer, de welcke transporteeren aen Peter Janse, woonende op Hoornaer, 5 mergen 5 hont lants op Hoornaer, noortwaerts Willem Dircxs ende suydwaerts Jan Henricxs, streckende van de huysweer van Peter Jans tot de Middelwech toe), trouwt Hoornaar circa 1540 een onbekende vrouw. Uit dit huwelijk bekend: 1. Adriaen, geboren Hoornaar circa 1545, en 2. Dirk, geboren Hoornaar circa januari 1547, overleden Hoornaar voor 2.2.1632.

Wapen beschrijving (blazoenering) : Van zilver met 3 schoppen van zwart, verdeeld 2 en 1. Helmteken: een zwarte schop. Helmkleden: zilver (grijs) en zwart. In de heraldiek wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen een spade en een schop. De spade heeft een puntige onderkant en de schop is recht. Veelal wordt dit landbouwwerktuig aangetroffen in boerenwapens. Ze zijn het kenteken van het oude recht van de schop (spade), waardoor de voorvaderen hun verworven landbezit hebben verkregen en vergroot. Bron: grafsteen in de kerk van Ottoland.
