Ik heb aanvullingen, correcties of vragen met betrekking tot Ludovicus Jacobus Rogier https://www.genealogieonline.nl/stamboom-eijsermans/I616714.php.

Geachte heer Eijsermans,

Ik doe een poging om het speurwerk dat mijn vader L.J.S. Rogier (1926-2000) en grootvader L.J. Rogier (1894-1974) omstreeks 1966 hebben gedaan naar onze voorvaderen voort te zetten en stuitte daarbij op de door u in België opgeslagen gegevens over Ludovicus Jacobus Rogier die volgens mijn vader en grootvader op 4 november 1830 geboren zou zijn te Blankenberge. Ook volgens uw gegevens zou deze Ludovicus Jacobus Rogier in 1830 geboren zijn.
Uit gegevens in het Gemeentearchief Rotterdam (waar ik woon) is mij echter gebleken dat deze Ludovicus Jacobus op 18 oktober 1832 geboren zou zijn te Brugge. Dat zou overeenkomen met het gegeven, zoals ook door u vermeld, dat hij in juni 1863 te Rotterdam op tweeëndertigjarige leeftijd huwde met de Nederlandse Helena Sibilla Coert (geboren 22 december 1836 te Arnhem, dochter van Gijsbertus Coert en Aaltje Jonker, overleden 5 februari 1918 te Rotterdam). Ik weet niet of destijds wellicht de bevolkingsadministratie van Blankenberge was ondergebracht te Brugge. Dat zou het verschil in geboorteplaatsen kunnen verklaren. Maar ik heb het idee dat de geboortedatum 18 oktober 1932 wel juist is. Met vriendelijke groet, Lodewijk J.J. Rogier
