In 1626 vermeld: Jan sone wijlen Cornelis Jan Vendix als man en momboir Marie sijne huysvrouw dochter wijlen Thomas sone wijlen Adriaan Geritssen bij den selven Thomas en bij wijlen Joosken sijne huysvrouw dochter wijlen [Steven?] Willem [Loefs?] (RO 320,f.94r).
Hij of zijn broer (Jan sone wijlen Cornelis sone Jan Hendrick Vendicx, inwoner van Tilburg) verkoopt op 15 juni 1633 een cijns van 6 gulden 5 stuiver uit 2½ lopens akkerland te Berkel, losbaar met 100 gulden (sH.R.1545,f.314v).
