Eleonora Dorothea Witterick geboren Wijbers, oud acht en vijftg jaren, zonder beroep, wonende te Batavia, en Benedictus Edmudus Ysbrandus Lapre, oud een en veertig jaren, zonder beroep, wonende te Batavia, op wier getuigenis, door mij wordt verklaard, dat: FRANCISCUS JOHANNES DE KUIJER, geboren te TILBURG, Noord Brabant, Nederland, op den derden Februari achttienhnderd acht en zeventig, overleden in het Ziekenhuis te Klate op den acht en twintigsten Juni negentienonderd zes en veertig, op den zesden December negentien honderd elf te Soerakarta in het huwelijk is getreden met MARIA RAKARIAS geboren te Srowot, Djocjakarta, op den zeventiende Juli achttien honderd een en negentig, zonder beroep, wonende te Batavia, en dat belanghebbende in de mogelijkheid verkeert om van het huwelijk een acte over te leggen.
