Sint-Niklaas, aldaar gedoopt 5 juli 1670, zoon van Balthasar van
Puyenbroeck en Maria Strydoncx. Hij overleed te Sint-Niklaas
op 20 januari 1743. Zijn vrouw, Anna Catharina van Harcke, is
waarschijnlijk in Waalwijk terecht gekomen. Daar werd op 23 september
1757 de weduwe Puijenbroek als 'arm lijk' begraven op het
kerkhof.
Hun zoon Joseph volgt onder II.
