Zij bezat in 1432 land te Raamsdonk, jield pacht van een mud rogge uit Everdeys tyende te Goirle, verkocht in 1443 met haar man een pacht van 2 mud rogge uit Goirle, verkregen daarvoor diverse erven aan de Ley in Goirle. Vergelijk Brabantse Leeuw 2000...

Lyel van Goerle maakte als weduwe in 1440 haar testament. Ze was ziek en woonde in de Brugstraat te Breda. Hillegont was haar universele erfgenaam; twee andere dochters kregen tochtgoederen en elk twee zilveren schalen en twee zilveren lepels. Enkele legaten gingen naar haar broer Peeter en de kleinkinderen Houtappels. 25 el grauw laken werden bestemd voor arme mannen, en zij stichtte elkele missen voor haar zieleheil.
Jonkvrouwe Lyel van Goerle (Lilia van Goirle), maakte testament op 5 februari 1440, woonde toen in de Brugstraat te Breda. Of zij de moeder van Willem is, is onzeker - hij komt niet in dat testament voor. Voor testament vgl Taxandria
