Vrouwe van de Zwaluwe. Beatrix werd op 20.06.1346 door keizerin Margaretha, gravin van Henegouwen en Holland, voor 250 pond zwarte tournooizen jaarlijks, gevestigd op de tol te Ammers en door Beatrix gekocht van Dieric van Mathenesse, beleend met het goed van de Zwaluen, zoals Gherit van Wieldrecht dat aan haar vader had opgedragen. Op 22 .05.1350 kochten Roelof en zijn vrouw Beatrix van haar vader Snickerieme zijn woning te Donghen, de lage rechtspraak tot 5 schellingen en ruim 69 bunder land aldaar en te Gilze, als leen van haar vader. Hertrouwde waarschijnlijk met Heinric Laps, wiens dochter Hadewy Heinric Laps dochter bij haar huwelijkse voorwaarden in 1380 een dochter van jonkvrou Beatrijs genoemd wordt.
