Doet (nog vanwege haar eerste huwelijk, met de graaf van Werl) in Westfalen alsnog een schenking aan het Werler familieklooster Meschede 29.09.997, sticht (met haar zoon Herman II van Werl) het klooster Oedingen (Sauerland) 1000, begunstigt in Schwaben Marchtal (Elsas) en het klooster Einsiedeln. Zij is gevangene van aartsbischop Heribert van Keulen 1016/18, na een strijd, wellicht vanwege het derde huwelijk van haar dochter Gisela.
