Vermeld 1539 in de vonnissen van Schieland en in 1542 beboet, won. Capelle a/d IJssel, vermeld in de 10e penning van Capelle a/d IJssel 1545 met 14 morgen eigen land, beleend met een weer van 8 morgen te Capelle bij overdracht van Plonis Adriaensz. op 19.06.1546 leenroerig aan Honingen. Hij is overleden vóór 17.02.1561 als zijn zoon Lenaert beleend wordt. Zijn broer Matthijs Jansz Besemer is schout van Ouderkerk en zegelt met een wapen, dat 3 schoorsteenhalen vertoont, aan de buitenste twee elk een kookpot.
