Notes about Anna Horvers

I am researching my great grandmother Anna Horvers who lived in Kingston, New York, USA. All the records I have on her from the U.S. give her birth year around 1862. She came to the U.S. from Holland at the age of 13, and married Michael Schupp on Aug. 27th, 1884.
The marriage certificate listed her name as Mariana Horvers. She and Michael named their first born child, a son, Andrew Cornelius, Andrew being Michael's father. I have been wondering if your Anna Horvers is also my Anna Horvers, that perhaps their son's middle name
is the name of Anna's father, and that she was herself named after her mother. I have no information on her from her homeland, and am hoping I might be able to get some from you that might confirm my thoughts. Thank you so very much!
