Franchois Willays fs Jans uit Heule erkende op 31 april 1576 een schuld jegens Jan Eelbo fs Joos in Kortrijk van 18 lb par Vlaamse munt. Borgen waren Joos Coucke fs Gillis en ampleunis Willays, zijn broer uit Heule. Op 26 juni 1612 kwam Jan Eelbo fs Joos verklaren dat Jan de Blaeuwe fs Jans getrouwd was met Tannekin willays fa Frans uit Gullegem.
