In de laatste akte, 1430, staat dat Juet, kleindochter van Peter, reeds getrouwd is. Peter is dien ten gevolge zo rond 1330-1360 geboren. Hij is dus
vermoedelijk een broer van Niclaes Jan.

In Ra 144 folio 71v, 1423, worden Jan die Paep zvw Peter Starts en zijn broer
Peter die Paep genoemd. In RA 146 folio 15 wordt Henric die Paep genoemd
Het zijn waarschijnlijk de drie zonen Hendric, Jan en Peter van deze Peter Jan
Sterts.
